During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with the beautiful pool and the stunning scenic views. the location of the hotel was perfect for nature lovers as it was incredibly close to several eco-travel destinations. the staff was polite and courteous, and the food was reasonably priced.

The room was not as comfortable as pictured, and the air conditioning was too cold and could not be turned off, which made the room uncomfortably chilly. be aware that the hotel may not be able to provide all the amenities promised, especially during peak times, such as Christmas.
